Forth Valley Royal Hospital

There's an outside chance that Fife residents will be referred to the Forth Valley Royal Hospital near Falkirk.

FVRH is on the Stagecoach Express routes to Glasgow - buses arrive there about 34 minutes before they are due in Glasgow and depart there about 36 minutes after the bus left Glasgow.

We suggest that you use our Glasgow timetable pages to plan your journey to FVRH.

If you are referred directly from St Andrews Community Hospital you will need to change at St Andrews Bus Station.

FVRH is also useful as a transport interchange as it is on the route of Mc Gills East Scotland service 38 which runs between Stirling, Bannockburn, FVRH and Falkirk, where there are connections on the X38 to Linlithgow, Ratho Station and Edinburgh - useful if you are going between St Andrews and Stirling, or for getting to Falkirk or Linlithgow at any time - or for getting to Edinburgh Airport if there are problems on the Forth bridges.
